“Online” mode

Processing applications in accordance with the regulations, specified on the exchange creation page. The processing time for automatic exchange directions is from 5 to 30 minutes after the payment is credited on the application.

“Night exchange” mode
From 21:00 to 08:00 UTC+2 (Kyiv)
Automatic exchange directions are processed from 5 to 30 minutes after the payment is credited on the application. Processing of manual exchange directions (status “Paid”), statuses “Auto payment error”, “Incorrect order” is carried out in the “Online” operating mode.
Technical support for clients in the “Night Exchange” mode is not provided.
Please note that auto-payment in the directions “You receive KZT (tenge)” is carried out up to 2,500,000 tenge in one payment. If the amount of the application exceeds 2,500,000 tenge, such an application will be processed in the “Online” mode from 08:00 to 21:00 UTC+2 (Kyiv).
