Assets – any electronic currencies, fiat non-cash and cash national currencies, cryptocurrencies and tokens.
Exchange Service (Service) – software hosted on the Internet for the exchange of Assets.
Exchange – transfer of Assets between the accounts of the Service and the User.
User – any person who used the services of the Service, sent the Assets to the accounts of the Service intentionally to perform the Exchange or mistakenly.
Application – the desire of the client to exchange Assets, executed electronically through user interfaces on the websites of the Service.
Refund — the Service’s actions to transfer Assets from the Service’s accounts to the Users’ accounts.
1. The developed policy describes the actions and inactions of the Service for the Return of Assets to Users, as well as the fees that are provided by the Service for processing Returns. This policy is an integral part of the Rules for the provision of services of the Service.
2. Refund can be made only for an amount not exceeding the amount of the Asset sent by the User to the Service accounts for Exchange.
3. Refund can only be made to the details sent from the mail specified when creating the Application (Replacement of details).
4. The Service fee for making a Refund is deducted from the amount of the Asset returned to the user.
5. Obligations of the Service:
5.1. The Service undertakes to return the Assets that were sent by the User to the accounts of the Service only if the Exchange did not take place;
5.2. The Service undertakes to return the Assets to the sender’s details within the next 24 hours after receiving the address for the Return and the Client’s consent to the Return.
6. Service has the right:
6.1. Do not return the Assets until the User applies for a Refund. Any actions of the Service for the Return of Assets in accordance with the current policy begin after the User contacts the support. This means that without the request of the User, the Service is inactive in relation to the Return;
6.2. Not to reimburse the User for the commissions of payment systems upon Refund;
6.3. Refuse the User in the Refund procedure if the exchange on the Application has been completed;
6.4. Charge the commission for the Refund specified in clause #8 if it is impossible to complete the Exchange for reasons beyond the control of the Service, in particular when:
– The Service is unable to complete the Exchange to a blocked, not activated or limited User account;
– The Service cannot complete the Exchange on an Application submitted by the User in violation of the rules (incorrect wallet format, lack of a memo; unsupported network format, etc.).
6.5. Do not pay additional fees to the User.
7. Special conditions:
7.1. The Service stores the User’s Assets subject to Return on a gratuitous basis within 3 calendar months from the moment the Application was created;
7.2. The Service does not dispose of the User’s Assets subject to Return in commercial interests, does not in any way derive investment or any other profit from such Assets within 3 calendar months from the moment the Application was created;
7.4. The Service may make concessions and perform a Refund to the User’s account other than that specified in the Application, if it is required to return a cryptocurrency Asset or tokens.
8. Commissions:
8.1. For the Refunds provided for by the policy, the Service withholds a commission in accordance with the schemes and tariffs specified in the article.
REFUND SCHEMES
Direction Cryptocurrency → Cryptocurrency:

We fix all incoming cryptocurrency payments on requests in USDT on cryptocurrency exchanges and if it is impossible to make an exchange, you can demand a refund under certain conditions.
— If it is impossible to make an exchange, you can demand a refund under the following conditions: We buy you a cryptocurrency back for the amount of USDT that we received during the sale (regardless of which direction the exchange rate has changed), minus 0.5% + a fixed commission for withdrawing from exchanges Binance.
