What to do if the transaction is not found in the block browser

When the exchange is completed, we show the page of the same name, on which we give a link to the transaction in the block browser.

It means that the exchange on the request is indeed completed and we have transferred the coins to the address specified by the client successfully. The transaction is registered in the mempool network.

Sometimes we observe that the block browser syncs with the network with a delay. For this reason, our clients follow the link and do not see their transaction. In this case, we recommend you to view the transaction on a little later or use a different block browser:
